~ The Creation Challenge - Part 2 ~


Due to technical difficulties, the recording of the teleseminar call, The Creation Challenge - Part 2 on Tuesday, April 5 ended up with too many skipped sections (which unfortunately was also the outcome of last month's call). It had deleted information/content that I felt was important to the whole. So I decided to forego sending out the link for the replay and to post the basic content here. I am currently investigating an alternate service!


I'll begin with a quick review of The Creation Challenge - Part 1. Last month I stated that a key ingredient to consciously creating is FEELING - connecting to the feeling of what it is you want to create and doing it CONSISTENTLY! But just as important is to be in sync, in alignment with the belief that you are one with the energy that creates everything.

I asked you to think about what it feels like to be God, Source, The I AM Presence - knowing that you are limitless expansion and unlimited possibilities. If anyone finds that to be difficult, it will no doubt be a huge barrier if you don't believe that you are truly in charge of your creations and capable of manifesting what you want.

I gave you the steps for the Creation Formula:

  1. Look at what you don't want, briefly, to gain clarity in defining what you do want.
  2. CHOOSE and intend to keep your focus on that desire, 24/7. If you veer off track, and we all do at times, choose again.
  3. Accept and let go. Let the universe take care of the details as to how it will manifest.
  4. Live in trust with the expectation that it always shows up at the right time, in the right way.

I gave the assignment to take time each day for the Breath of Life exercise.

Breathing slowly in and out, smiling and thinking JOYful statements or even a song if it connected you to feeling HAPPY. This exercise is helpful in creating an environment of peace, calm and acceptance - the state we want to be in to stay in the energy of conscious creation and connected to our knowing. It's the vibration of Divine or unconditional Love which is the place we want to be, where we want to spend most of our time.

This challenge was designed for training yourself to always direct your thoughts toward what you want and to stay out of the muck. Simple, yes - but not always easy and for many of us it can really be a challenge at times.

One thing I want to mention right now is that you may have had or most likely will experience a few or more of the awakening symptoms which are attributed to our transition from the old energy into the new energy, which is what 2011 is all about from my understanding. Our bodies are literally going through quite a cellular change. It's often a comfort to know that this is what may be going on for us.

You might find that you are feeling sad or depressed, even like you need to cry for no apparent reason. You may also feel off-balance, ungrounded, forgetful or downright crabby. You might be unusually fatigued, experience neck, shoulder or back pain, have unusual sleep patterns, intense dreams, etc.

Something these symptoms seem to have in common is that they usually feel like it's not your energy or you can't seem to find a reasonable explanation for them. But they all will pass if that's what they really are for you. And remember, it doesn't mean that you should ignore anything that you think may need to be checked out by a professional if that feels right for you.

Personally, what I've done is when I experience a symptom, I stop and ask internally first and then check with my pendulum, if what's going on is related to my awakening. It could also be an energetic pattern within that is up and ready for you to heal and balance.

Just a couple days ago I was feeling particularly crabby from the moment I woke up, which is not me at all. After a couple hours I got quiet and checked in and found that yes, it was an awakening moment. Well, my husband and I were expecting several guests that evening and I wanted to enjoy myself and be a warm and gracious hostess. Plus, these were all going to be people I had never met before! My husband started a new job several months ago and wanted to have some of his co-workers and their spouses over for a little get to know you better party.

My recommendation when something like this happens, is to remember that first of all we need to embrace the emotions/feelings we are experiencing. When we resist, they just persist and usually get bigger. And I did resist at first for a bit before I remembered my own advice. I personally find it the most challenging to come out of a crabby space.

I began chanting to myself, "I choose peace in this moment. I choose harmony and acceptance with all energy. I choose to work my way to JOY - at least by this evening before the party guests arrive!" A good way to ground yourself or to work through emotion is to do something repetitive like repeating a mantra, rocking, walking, running, biking, etc. which is why I began the chanting. Plus I was also directing my energy toward how I wanted to feel. I was choosing to change direction.

What really turned the tide for me completely was when my husband came in the house and asked if I had heard him holler to me from outside. He knew I was in a crabby funk. He'd gone on a short bike ride and as he rode past our kitchen window in the back of our home (the street is a ways below as we're situated up on a hill). And I replied I hadn't heard him, but wanted to know what his message was. He told me he shouted out as he whizzed by, "I'm living in the Fun Zone!" That did it for me! I was back with him in the Fun Zone in that moment. My most common expression for the last few weeks has been just that and he knew it would make me laugh!

If you've consistently followed the process I offered last month and don't feel like anything has shifted for you, most likely you have a subconscious and limiting belief around your desire that needs to be balanced.

Uncovering those barriers is the next step in the creation process to enable you to have a clear, smoother path ahead on the road to manifesting - unless you can powerfully choose to sidestep your roadblocks. But if you're not able to do that, it's always beneficial to take the time to find the underlying reasons you're not moving forward and dealing with them with the tools and techniques that feel right and work for you.

So either way, to move past your roadblock, you create a new thought, a new belief and you feel JOY around it - consistently. Then you continually direct your energy and claim it with powerful creation statements until manifestation occurs.

An important side note and please hear this: After you have balanced or shifted any energy, it can take some time for your body/mind to integrate the new thought pattern or belief. It took my husband several months before he was able to wake up without having a bad headache. The energy around this issue which he'd balanced needed time to process and integrate. I even checked in every few weeks at his request to make sure that he did not have anything else to shift or balance on an energetic level. Each time I found that he didn't. I heard that he just needed to continue directing his energy with his creation statement, which he did consistently. He was really happy one morning when he realized that his headaches were not showing up. It's been 2 months since that realization. Yippee!

So please remember, there may need to be some lag time before you're completely integrated and if you are currently under a physicians care, I am not in any way implying that you stop whatever program or protocol you are using. Only you can make that choice.

Next I talked about some limiting beliefs that might be in your way:

Let's say, for example, we found that you had the subconscious limiting belief, I can't be God. After shifting and balancing that belief you would want to use the following Creation Statement, or one like it, to direct your energy:

I AM the Power that creates. I choose to know and trust completely that I AM secure in creating myself as the God that I AM.

The suggestion is to repeat with feeling your Creation Statement at least twice a day until manifestation. Also, remember the importance of directing your energy overall toward feeling good whenever you feel off balance to stay out of the sludge is highly recommended.

Final Words:

To create anything you want, you have to first create YOU as happy, free, secure and at peace in your own world. When you stay in your JOY, you stay in your knowing - which is where you consciously create. Here are some reasons to make it your mission to stay in your JOY:

The thoughts you think are the link to your immune system. Your thoughts become your life and your life experiences dictate the chemical makeup of your body. Your brain will direct the body in distinct correlation to what you are feeding it, the thoughts you are thinking.

Grief, fear, despair, anger, etc, all suppress your immune system. I think most of us have heard this before, but have we really considered the ramifications in our own lives? Have we really taken stock of the thoughts and beliefs that are running the show? Or checked out the subconscious rascals behind our limiting patterns and fears? Great food for thought!

I will offer several examples and discuss how to create your own.
