Jump for JOY!

EACH DAY AT NOON

Please join me in my Jump for JOY campaign! I invite all of you to join me each day at noon (that's noon wherever you are, whatever time zone you're in) and Jump for JOY!


It is my desire to start a wave of JOYful energy that we can all tap into and contribute to with the hope and intention that it becomes larger and larger as more and more decide to join us. I'd like you to commit to 17 seconds of JOY Jumping to begin with, and over time increase it to 34 seconds or more in multiples of 17. Whatever amount feels good to you. The significance of 17 seconds is this: if you hold and maintain your focus for 17 seconds, then you begin to include its vibration in your vibration. It gets anchored into your being and becomes a part of the energy of who you are! And the more you do it the bigger the energy muscle becomes!


Every hour on the hour it is noon somewhere. If everyone around the world is JOY Jumping at noon then every hour there will be a new wave of JOY going out to help raise the happy JOY vibration of the planet!


If we tune into that wonderful, good-feeling, JOY-filled energy each day at noon we will help each other and ourselves raise our capacity to handle even more JOY in our vibrations. Our level of JOYness is truly unlimited!


I propose that you do whatever feels comfortable in the moment you stop to Jump for JOY. I've already started making it a part of my day. I have an alarm programmed on my cell phone to go off each day at noon playing "When the Saints Go Marching In" as it is the most upbeat, happy sounding ringtone I have. Just hearing that makes me want to jump up and dance. If I'm in a place where I can physically jump up and down a few times, I do! Sometimes I like to throw in a couple "Woo-hoos" or "Yipees". I always dance if I have the space to allow it. If I'm not able to actually physically Jump for JOY and dance, I do a JOY jiggle in my chair. Then, if none of the above is possible in the moment, I imagine as vividly as possible that I am doing my happy dance and I feel the pure power of JOY in my bones! What's important is sending out and contributing to the JOYful sea of energy we're creating together.


Midday is a good time for us to receive a little jolt of pick-me-up energy. It's like having a latte without the caffeine - a JOY latte! It's also sugar free, fat free and doesn't cost a cent!


I've already shared my Jump for JOY campaign with quite a few people and many have reported back to me that they are getting friends, family, even co-workers to join in. They've also shared with me that it is so much fun as it makes them laugh, giggle, feel lighter and is a real energy booster!


I'm sure you will all think of your own creative ways to join in the fun; maybe hopping on a pogo stick, bouncing on a trampoline or jumping rope! And I'd love to hear from you if you have an interesting, funny or crazy experience you'd like to share as a result of participating in this campaign. I'd like to include some of your experiences in my monthly newsletter, JOYful News so we can all share in the fun!


I know that we can all add to the JOY on the planet with this simple and FUN exercise! Let's make a difference in raising the happiness vibration.
